Coaching sessions happen 3 to 4 times a month and between sessions you'll be working on the projects we create together to move your goals forward. In the coaching, we address your big picture goals, the blocks to achieve them, and work to achieve milestones aligned with your goals.
Assessments: A variety of assessments are available to support your coaching process, depending upon your needs and circumstances of your business. Assessment exercises provide information that can enhance self-awareness, as well as awareness of others and their circumstances; provide a benchmark for creating coaching goals and actionable strategies; and offer a method for evaluating your progress.
Tools: Concepts, models and principles drawn from the behavioral sciences, management literature, spiritual traditions and/or the arts and humanities may be incorporated into the coaching conversation to increase your self-awareness and awareness of others, foster shifts in perspective, promote fresh insights, provide new frameworks for looking at opportunities and challenges, and energize and inspire forward actions. Big Time offers more than 200 tools and distinctions. The tool you'll learn to master above all else is CHOICE.
Approach: Big Time Coaching incorporates an ontological approach, grounded in what's working, what's wanted and what's needed to get "there." Using an ontological approach, Big Time models effective communication skills and methods to enhance your personal communication effectiveness. Big Time will incorporate discovery-based inquiry, proactive (as opposed to reactive) ways of managing personal opportunities and challenges, constructive framing of observations and feedback to elicit the most positive responses from others. We will also construct visions of success and the creation of new ways of being and creating, rather than focusing on the fixing of life's problems.
A commitment of at least six months is required to work privately with Taren.
