COMMITTED TO YOU

Executive Coach and Creator of Big Time
After 15 years working in hospice care, I always start with the end in mind.
We're born. We die. Everything in the middle is a complex combination of surviving and thriving, pain and possibility, circumstance and choice.
And, our attitude determines 99% of all of it. No matter what.
I come from farmers and gravel crushers.
I'm a no BS soul and I've always been drawn to the scary stuff--death, public speaking, improv, and entrepreneurship.
Walking through my biggest fears has given ME what I now create for others through coaching:
THE CONFIDENCE TO CREATE WHAT THEY WANT, NO MATTER WHAT.
What makes me different from other coaches is my lighthearted, yet no-nonsense stand for personal and professional achievement.
I have a BA from UC Santa Cruz.
An MS in Aging, Death and Dying from the College of New Rochelle.
I studied Instructional Design at NYU.
I completed over 3 years of ICF Professional Coach Training, receiving the second highest credential in the coaching industry in 2018.
I've delivered over 10,000 hours of 1:1 and group coaching, training and facilitation.
My approach with clients is comprehensive. We talk about everything, not just what needs "improvement", and my methodology is both ontological (who you are) and facilitative (how you do what you do).
When you work with me, you'll get results in ways you might not expect.
This is often from practicing new and uncomfortable "ways of being" and taking uncomfortable actions on purpose.
I’m not into quick fixes. They don’t work and they are a waste of your time and money.
I work with clients who are ready to transform in permanent ways so that their lives and businesses change for good.
Through our work, the power to create what you want becomes the reality of your daily existence with new levels of confidence, purpose and satisfaction.
