BIG TIME Coaching has a proven process that gets results. I LOVE what I do and I want you to LOVE what you do, too.
While I have processes that include the best practices in the industry, every coaching conversation with every client is unique.
Your coaching is never canned or scripted.
In our work, you can expect the process to include the following:
VISION : Explore your vision of success as individual, leader, team, and/or company.
GOALS: Build your short and long term projects based on your vision.
MEANING: Explore why your projects are important and worthy of your time, attention, and effort.
STRENGTHS: Recognize your inherent gifts, talents, and skills, and amplify them.
EMOTIONAL IQ: Develop your emotional intelligence, executive presence, inter-personal and intra-personal effectiveness.
AWARENESS: Create insights, perspectives, and mindset shifts (real ones--big time ones!) to transform "problems" into opportunities, new contexts, stories, and paradigms.
STRUCTURES: Identify other programs, courses, technologies, communities and systems that keep you engaged, organized, and energized.
SOLUTIONS: Focus on what is working, what's needed, and what will make a lasting difference for you going forward.
MEASUREMENTS: Target meaningful milestones to track progress, learnings, and breakthroughs.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Develop personal and professional connections to support you in fulfilling your goals.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Celebrate breakthroughs, wins, and accomplishments along the way.
ASSESSMENTS: Big Time uses a variety of proprietary and customized assessments to support your coaching process, depending upon your needs and the circumstances of your life and business. Assessment exercises provide information that can enhance self-awareness, as well as awareness of others and their circumstances/challenges; provide a benchmark for creating coaching goals and actionable strategies; and offer a method for evaluating your progress, both ontologically and in facilitating your goals.
TOOLS: Concepts, models and principles drawn from the behavioral sciences, performance management, leadership principles and best practices in the coaching industry. We also refer to traditional and cutting edge technologies, reference spiritual traditions as well as the arts and humanities. These, along with individually created supports are incorporated into the coaching conversation and practices to increase your self-awareness, perspectives, insights, frameworks, opportunities and skills, Big Time offers more than 200 proprietary professional tools, distinctions and resources.
METHODOLOGY: We incorporate an ontological approach (being) with facilitative methods (doing), grounded in what's working, what's wanted, and what's needed to get "there." Using this combined approach, Big Time Coaching models effective communication skills and methods to enhance your personal communication effectiveness. Big Time Coaching will also incorporate discovery-based inquiry, proactive (as opposed to reactive) ways of managing personal opportunities and challenges, constructive framing of observations and feedback to elicit the most positive responses from you and others. We will also construct visions of success and the creation of new ways of being, creating and leading at every level.
